Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Shipping is either by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx options. FedEx Rates vary by zones. If FedEx is shipping method we will email a sales order with shipping charges. We only charge actual shipping cost. Postal Service has only delivery confirmation information, there is no tracking available with Postal Service shipments. If you have tracking or other special shipping needs, please have order shipped FedEx.

If shipping to residential address and using FedEx, please choose the home option.

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. In the Shipping Section, use United States as the country, and APO/FPO in the State Option. U.S. Postal Service is preferred shipping to APO/FPO's.

Delivery Schedule We will ship your order as soon as possible. We strive to provide quality products and will not cut corners or market an inferior products. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of reciept. We will contact you if your order cannot be shipped within this time frame. Large quantites or design changes will effect shipping time.

Back Orders We will contact you with expected shipping time if your product cannot be shipped within 48 hours of reciept. Large quantities or specialy orders will be contacted with expected shipping date if not arranged.

Credit Card Security Your personal and credit card information is secure with a dedicated SSL certificate.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are ever unsatisfied with a product manufactured by Northeast Tactical, Inc. let us know and we will work to correct the problem. Products by other manufactures carry guarantee from the manufacturer.
